CJI Venkata Ramana, CM KCR to launch 32 judicial courts On Thursday

Chief Justice of India Nuthalapati Venkata Ramana and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao will inaugurate 32 judicial districts that will be founder with revenue districts on the establishments of the Telangana High Court. The launching ceremony will be started attending by Law Minister A Indrakaran Reddy, Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma, and other High Court judges. Court sentences 4 cops for contempt of court According to reports, Chakka Vinod Kumar Reddy and his partner, who live in Bangkok, Thailand, complained that policemen granted a Look Out Circular (LOC) and a permit against them. The petitioners argued that the police officers' actions were in violation of the Supreme Court's decision in the Arnesh Kumar case, which was upheld by the court. The Judge, on the other hand, suspended the jail sentence and extended the time for violators to file a statutory appeal under the contempt of courts .
